1. Once you got a key, exit the office and head to the hotel reception 2. Turn left and take the elevator to floor P 3. Exit left from the elevator and turn right 4. Walk straight to the end of the parking area 5. Locate the red parking spots (L row) 6. Find your car in the line Inspect the car for damages and compare with the contract. Make photos of the damages to avoid surcharges. We kindly ask you to check the car condition before driving to avoid any potential disagreements regarding damages Check the fuel level and mileage You have to return a car with the same amount of fuel Send us a photo via email info@carlove.cz or whatsapp +420 608 131 151 To register a damage, send us a photo of it and write a plate number of the car BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE GARAGE Photos must be taken in the garage. Once you left it, you are not able to claim new damages!
