The difference between BASIC and SILVER & GOLD insurance?

Every car is insured under the OSAGO system (in the event of an accident in which you are the culprit, our insurance company will cover the damage).

All our rental cars already include «BASIC» insurance in the rental price; the amount of responsibility is divided by car class. We recommend you familiarize yourself with the insurance “SILVER” and “GOLD”, which reduce liability for damage or theft.

Insurance types “SILVER” and “GOLD” are available from 2 or more days of rent.

Keep in mind that if you are insured through a third party insurance provider, such as a credit card or insurance company, you will first pay to Carlove car rental for any damage and then get reimbursed through your insurance provider. Insurance “SILVER” or “GOLD” will reduce the deductible for insurance claims.

No type of insurance is covered in the case of alcohol or drug intoxication of the driver; in cases of intentional damage to the vehicle; as well as in the case of transfer of cars to 3 persons, whose driving experience is less than 2 years (and less than 5 years for cars from the “Luxury” category).

Important! Each insurance case is independent and is considered separately.
For example, a scratch on the bumper in the front and on the bumper in the back are two separate insurance cases.
