When changing cash in the tourists’ exchange places, pay attention to the fees and don’t sign a receipt till you check the written amount. Current rate via Czech Central Bank:

When paying in cash you can choose euro or czech crowns.
When paying by card, we must make a payment in czech crowns, but your card issuer might offer you an exchange rate to your currency for a current date including the fee.
