Are you ready for your journey? Here are some things you need to know about the process for car pickup and drop-off.

First of all, we strongly recommend you to make a reservation in advance. In this case we can prepare a car and documents in advance, so it won’t take much time to pick-up a car.

So, once you’re here, we will ask you to provide your personal information, such as your passport or identity card and your driving license. Then the manager will guide you through the contract and collect a payment.

Mostly it takes a couple of minutes to check the contract details and make a payment. But please be patient if there’s a line. A lot of people want to start driving as soon as possible, that’s why the first hour after opening can be a little bit complicated.

Then, you have to go to a parking lot to pick up a car. You’ll need to check it for the mileage, fuel level and damages. It’s better to take photos if you are worried.

And that’s it, here’s where your journey can begin!

When you bring a car for a drop off, our employee will check the condition of the car with you. If you have a deposit, we will return it right there, if everything is ok with the car. Drop off is in person only to avoid any misunderstandings regarding the car condition.
