What to have ready when the car arrives

Your driving licence and ID. The team checks these on the spot, so have them to hand rather than buried in a suitcase.

A debit card for the deposit, unless you've chosen Gold. The hold is placed on the spot. With Gold insurance there's nothing to place at all.

A few minutes for the walk-around. You and the team member check the car together before you sign, so neither side is guessing about its condition later.

Any child seats requested in advance. Mention the ages and weights when booking so the right seats are already fitted on arrival.

A debit card is enough, delivery included. Prepaid cards such as Revolut and Wise are generally not accepted for the deposit, so with one of those, Gold insurance removes the question entirely.
24 to 48 hours ahead is the safe window for a specific time. Same-day delivery is sometimes possible depending on availability; contact the team directly to check.
Can I choose a specific delivery time?

What if I need to change my delivery time?
Contact CarLove as early as possible. Changes are usually accommodated with reasonable notice.
Is delivery available outside Prague?

Can the car be collected from my hotel at the end too?
Yes. Return collection from your hotel or any Prague address is available at the same pricing as delivery.
What if my flight is delayed and I arrive later than planned?
